Our Story

 My father was an architect who took pride in the structures that he built. This started my love for real estate. For him, it was more than just building a structure for a price. He got to know these families. Learned how they lived and provided them with a home where wonderful memories will be made. 

While I do not live in the buildings being rented at Ovide Properties, I think of the families who will be living there. I treat these properties as though I was raising my family there. Like my family, all families deserve to live in a clean, well-kept environment that their monthly rents pay for. They deserve prompt and courteous attention from their landlord when repairs are needed.
